SUMMARY
Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified DevSecOps Engineer.  The Cloud Architect will be responsible for design and development of architecture within a government cloud environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure and manage CI/CD tool set for COTs solution deployment in AWS.
Develop and drive real time observability solutions that provide visibility into system health.
Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement software/data delivery.
Support deployment and monitoring of intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning system.
Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management.
Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and operations
Diagnose and develop fixes to implement quickly and efficiently for production incidents.
Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on cloud operations best practices.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents.
Set up intelligent application performance alerts (AIOps).
Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance in close cooperation with the Security Operations and Compliance teams.
Automate back-up and restore capabilitie
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO’s)
Three (3) years overall experience covering application development, architecture, quality assurance and production support.
Three (3) years industry experience in DevOps architecture related to Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions and platform automation.
Three (3) years of experience in software delivery leadership in an Agile & DevOps practice, with roles of increasing responsibility, and shown experience developing and leading enterprise initiatives.
Three (3) years of technology experience, leading DevOps architectural designs.
Three (3) years of experience handling application build, configuration management, deployment & release engineering.
Two (2) years’ experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS vendor or other cloud service provider.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Must possess an Information Assurance Manager (IAT) II, (e.g., CCNA Security, , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, SSCP)
Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiry, requires U.S. citizenship
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Experience with On-Prem and/or cloud infrastructure provisioning, automation, and support.
Experience working with open source software and tooling.
Containerization experience (Docker, etc.)..
Container orchestration systems management (Kubernetes, etc.).
Release automation, (e.g., Jenkins), system administration, system configuration, and system debugging experience.
Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools for such as ELK, Sumo, Datadog etc.
Experience with scripting in Python, Ruby, JSON, Go or Bash.
Experience with large-scale, distributed COTS solutions deployed on AWS.
Preferred
Agile DevOps experience

Experience with going through a cloud regulatory certification.
