SUMMARY (includes, but is not limited to): The Electrician under general supervisor, will direct the
activity of personnel and service contractors in the preventative and
corrective maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and related fixed and
portable equipment, minor construction, and equipment installation, and all
other general Engineering, and Plant Operation duties as assigned.







 ','!*!Education:                

High school diploma or equivalent.  Preferred
Associates Degree in a related field.

Experience:              

Three (3) years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Five
(5) or more years experience in a hospital environment working with
electrical systems.

License:           

Current State of Nevada Journeyman’s Electrical License
required for three or more years. If a lapse in license occurs due to ICC processing,
incumbent will perform work as Apprentice Journeyman under a licensed Journeyman
Electrician.See Clark County Building Administrative Code Sections
22.02.250; 22.05.255; 22.02.260 and 22.02265.Proof of temporary license and payment for license is
required before work duties will be allowed to commence.
