business broker, looking for a solid and accurate spreadsheet calculator that I can enter variables with 2 or 3 multiple valuations. I a spread sheet I am using now. would like the new version to be based on this with improvements and enhancments. Main valuation based on relationship of EBIDTA to Revenue and Multiples of EBIDTA. Must be able to function whether certain variables are input or not. Need to allow or calculate final cash flow after allowing for monthly working capital. need a first year and second year of financials as well as a 5 year projection. Will need to allow for up to four different ownership percentages.
