With guidance from the Director of Digital Operations, will identify opportunities to help accelerate profitably of the digital business by leveraging insights into shopper path to purchase, eCom learnings and industry best practices. The Manager, Digital Operations has a strong project management background with a proven ability to oversee multiple areas and projects, concurrently.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Business project management for cross-functional teams on multiple projects that have a significant impact on North America digital roadmapCoordinate with respective Brand ecommerce teams and shared services (including logistics, IT, customer care, etc.) to execute key initiativesCommunicate progress, status, and risks/issues to senior managementIdentify opportunities for improved business processes; create and implement process improvements focused on efficiencies and long-term growthBe the champion and voice of the consumer.
