We are a private pay home care agency that is seeking passionate caregivers ​​for homecare assistance for our ill, elderly clients in a home. We are an agency who values their employees just as much as their clients.

They are looking up to us for help, so we are looking for those quality HHAs, CNAs and companions who wish to provide a critically important service for our seniors.
Company Benefits:
We have immediate open shifts available for CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and companion caregivers within 48-72 hours of applying.
Hourly Pay/Benefits:
Companions: Starting at $12 per hour (pay depends on shift length & location)
Certified Caregivers: $13 per hour (pay depends experience, shift length & location)
Now offering a NEW $1 pay increase incentive for all newly hired caregivers! (must work 25 hrs/week and be employed for the first 120 days to qualify)
Hazard Pay available for COVID Cases (Paid at Time & 1/2 $$$$$)

Required Documents:
No certification required for Companions!! (CNA caregivers are highly preferred for higher pay $13 per hour)
2 Forms of ID
Driver's License MANDATORY
Auto Insurance
TB Test Results (PPD or Chest X-Ray)
CPR certification
Must have at least 6 months of experience working with the elderly

Job Requirements
For all CNA/HHA candidates interested in working with us, we ask that you:
Have a true passion for helping others, specifically senior citizens
Have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate frequently and effectively with the office regarding patient needs
Have minimum 6 months experience as a CNA, HHA or Companion in either a homecare or senior living setting
Can provide a current CNA/HHA certificate (if applicable), Negative COVID test, COVID vaccination (if applicable), and 2 professional references.
Have 2 forms of ID including Driver's License or State ID & Social Security Card.
