Associate Dean of Library
Candidate will be responsible for the management and development of the Law Library. Will teach one course per semester and perform other tasks reasonably assigned by the Dean. Will transform the Library into a cutting-edge library aimed at providing critical services and resources to support library users in a distributed learning environment with acquisitions to enable student and faculty research. Will support and develop library staff with the necessary training and skills to provide critical services in the new distributed learning environment. Maintains a budget for all library services; keeps current with emerging library-related technical models; creates and/or refines policies and procedures; develops and implements measurements of service and resource usage; ensures a collection geared towards positive student outcomes and practice-readiness; offers services to alumni; participates as a member of the law school senior management team; and participates in various InfiLaw consortium committees.
