HealthEdge has an immediate need for an implementation engineer experienced with business systems to join our Solutions Engineering team in our Burlington, MA headquarters as a Solutions Manager/Engineer.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the design and deployment of HealthEdge’s suite of applications.
THE OPPORTUNITY
In this client facing role, you will own all enterprise environment architecture, management and deployment responsibilities of our product line. Working in a dynamic environment, you will learn complex concepts quickly and apply that knowledge to infrastructure design. As an individual contributor, you will:
Interface with clients and run projects from a technical perspective
Gather customer requirements and leverage HealthEdge technical resources to design and build an integrated solution
Create and maintaining organizational documentation
Work closely with technical resources and enforce standards and best practices
Manage HealthRules environments and deployments and participate
Travel to and from client locations across the United States approximately 30 to 50% of the time
TO QUALIFY
You will have a minimum of 8 years’ IT experience, as well as the demonstrated the ability to design and build highly available infrastructures. You will possess superb communication and documentation skills. In addition the following is required:
Bachelors Degree in CS or equivalent experience
Experience with MS Office tools such as Visio and Project
Experience with both Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux environments
Experience with J2EE application servers such as Weblogic, WebSphere or Jboss and database servers including Oracle and MS SQL Server
A solid understanding of TCP/IP Networks, including firewalls
Experience in an enterprise software environment that leveraged the Agile Methodology
Experience with source control products such as Perforce, Subversion, etc. as well as a familiarity with ETL tools
Healthcare Payor domain expertise is highly desirable but not required
