If you have a passion for people, a desire to problem-solve, and eagerness to pursue continuous improvement opportunities… we look forward to exploring career possibilities with you!Job DescriptionThe Learning and Development Coordinator, Part-Time will coordinate all aspects of support for all Learning and Development classes in North America.Prepare, order, and coordinate the shipment of course materials for training classes, weekly across North AmericaCreate, manage, and close training class rosters per week via DHL’s learning management system, My Talent WorldSend out required pre-work for various training classes 15-30 people in size and ensure ample time for attendees to complete the work given the unique class timelinePlan, purchase, and setup lunches for groups 15-100 people for training classes offered on site approximately nine times a monthMonitor and respond to questions and requests submitted via the Learning & Development email inbox, approximate volume of 30 messages per weekRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, requiredAssociate’s Degree or some college, preferred2-4 years of administrative experience, preferredOur Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
