Director/ Sr. Director IT Strategy - PVH Corp.

Profile

The Director/Sr. Director will be the strategic driver in the development, management and execution of the strategy, power plan and vision for Global TPG (Technology and Process Group) – focusing on alignment with TPG Senior Leadership Team on industry trends and solutions to drive the business, including resource capabilities and skill set planning as well as developing and managing the KPI standards for TPG.

A critical focus of this role will be to serve as a strategic partner to cross functional senior level management in providing guidance on future roadmaps, sharing key insights, best practices and capabilities across the technology domains.

The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a “can-do” mentality who can provide input into future growth opportunities and provide strategic direction.

• Deliver business and market insights to CIO and Sr. Leadership to support decision-making and strategic direction.

• Direct and carry out strategic analysis that identifies market trends and new opportunities for future roadmap to execute.

• Influence cross functional partners to drive towards common goals and objectives.

• Comfortable using data and multiple inputs to make decisions quickly and move initiatives forward.

• Provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely manner.

• Manage templates, scorecards and influence the measurement progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI.

• Effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling, yet simple way that inspires action.

• Understand and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impact.

• Create proposals and action plans for implementation, and drive to execution.

• Ability to handle new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations.

• High standard of accuracy.

• Synthesize information, present effectively, and influence at the highest level of the organization.

• Experience presenting to large audiences.

• Adaptable to change and capable of re-prioritizing appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:      

• 10 years experience in Strategy and Planning

• Experience working directly with senior level executives

• Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:

• University degree

• MBA preferred

Skills:                

• Excellent PowerPoint skills required

• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
