Equipment Sales & Support Specialist ( West of Ireland )
The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to our senior Product specialist, Local deliveries and Product Equipment Set-Ups, Demonstrations, and Sales and Service calls
Equipment Sales & Support Specialist
Set-ups and delivery of equipment which involves appointment setting and demonstration of use and aftercare of high-end mobility and bathing equipment.
Client visits assessments and makes suitable recommendations for rehabilitation equipment in accordance with the client's needs.
Service callouts to support clients - Fitting replacement parts, Identifying parts required, Repairing equipment when necessary
Supporting the Aftersales department in ensuring good aftercare service.
Provide training for clients as and where necessary.
Support our clients with advice on equipment charging and battery use.
Maintain the demonstration stock in good working condition.
Equipment Sales & Support Specialist
Previous sales experience in a technical/ service-related role
Inherent ability to relate to and be compassionate, yet professional with disabled clients.
Ability to demonstrate equipment with a high level of empathy and customer care
Timekeeping and effective territory management
Excellent at customer relationship building Full clean licence
There is a certain extent of physical work is associated with this position, requiring bulky demonstration equipment to be used with client visits.
