The candidate teaches paralegal education courses such as: Legal Research. Teaches paralegal students the theoretical and practical applications of the law. Evaluates students. Participates in recruitment and advisement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have a J.D. degree from a regionally accredited institution. Should preferably have 1 year of teaching experience at College or Community College level. Must be a member of the Bar and have 3+ years of practice experience in the fields of Law which will be taught. Should be knowledgeable about the paralegal profession and the unique issues involved in teaching individuals joining the profession. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings.
