Description

Be a part of the eBusiness team, drivers of provider self-service adoption through education and promotion of electronic transactions the Availity secure provider portal, Watson Voice, EDI, etc. As a Provider Relations Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with other business partners to improve the provider experience via the use of technology and data. Your focus will be on extracting and analyzing provider transactional data including both manual and electronic transactions that will be utilized to identify opportunities for driving provider behavior and also process improvements. This role will support the Humana Pacific Northwest Market.

Responsibilities


Identify high volume and high value provider targets within a defined territory and move them along the self-service spectrum
Lead In-services, webinars and participate in workshops with targeted providers
Create and manage email campaigns to promote, register and drive adoption of electronic business solutions
Educate market-based business partners on new web capabilities and functionality
Collaborate with various levels of the organization internally
Assist providers with portal navigation and facilitate resolution of provider web-related issues
Be a creative thinker and execute new methods of delivering Humana's message around provider self-service tools


This position is based out of Louisville, KY with travel required. Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role will require up to 20% overnight travel depending on business needs.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years previous experience working with healthcare providers in a consultative role
Previous Account Management or Client Relations experience
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient with Microsoft office programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Web-Ex, etc.
Strong consultation skills to effectively tailor electronic business solutions to a provider organization's administrative needs
Charismatic and persuasive presentation skills to promote self-service solutions
Must be highly self- motivated with ability to take initiative in order to drive results
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexible and ability to adapt to change to support ongoing business needs
Must be able to travel up 20% depending on business needs
