The candidate will assist the Administrative Director of Risk Management & Compliance and the Compliance Analyst in day to day activities of the Compliance department. Assist in management of legal, risk, and compliance duties and responsibilities for the health system. Works closely with stakeholders throughout the system, including executives, management, and providers. Works with outside parties to include vendors, insurers and brokers, and outside legal counsel. High School Diploma / GED (or higher); Associate's Degree (or higher) in Paralegal Studies or in a Business-related area. Experience in contracts management preferred. Certification in Paralegal Studies, preferred. Effective and professional oral and written communication skills. Client management skills.
