As a Principal Software Engineer
with Foliage, you will achieve these things and more. You will be a key member of collaborative and dedicated team developing software for integration and deployment for Fortune 1,000 companies that span across a variety of industry domains and platforms. As a hands-on team lead, you will mentor a group of talented developers on all phases of software development, including: requirements definition, hands-on design/architecture, development, and integration of software products.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience delivering software products in one or more of these sectors: Aerospace, Medical Devices/Services, Industrial Equipment
• 10 years of experience in software design and product development
• Proficient in C/C , and C#
• Demonstrated experience developing embedded products, control systems, or enterprise software products
• Experience in an architect or technical leadership role on small to medium sized teams
• BS in computer science or a scientific/engineering discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience defining and following formal software development processes
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers to define software solutions
Desired Skills:
• Experience with regulated software development lifecycles
• Experience with Agile methods
• Formal architecture definition methods
