Floor Plan Design Ideas
We are looking for 3-5 different floor plans from either 1 person or up to 5 people . . . We have .dwg plans, pdf plans and full site plans, but the existing plans, we dont want to build. We are looking for someone to create ideas for us with the following criteria:
/- 3000 sqft (Garage NOT included)
20 rear back yard from retaining walls (looking for room to play with kids)
Between 8-10 rear yard patio
Keep existing garage layout
Keep existing Main Retaining walls in the rear (East side of Property)
1 Master Bed/Master Bath (en suite w/ dual sinks and tub/shower, prefer dual closets)
2 secondary bedrooms (either Jack and Jill shared bath or both en suite, rough size 11x12 or 12x12)
1 Guest suite under same roof (mother in law suite w/ bedroom, closet, bath, small kitchenette/family room)
Formal Dining area, NO eat in kitchen
Office w/ doors to outside (work from home situation)
Kitchen with Pantry/Butlers Pantry
1 half bath
1 laundry room
The views in the back yard are of of a mountain. We are looking to capture as much of those views as possible. See the attached pics and autocad files.
We are looking for ideas from designers for a unique floor plan. We have seen what the original house offered at 4200sqft and what other builders have (all attached) but are looking for a more modern and unique floor plan. Also, we are not looking for a masterpiece that is so technical its expensive to build.
