POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the photo studio’s vendor asset team and selected production positions, ensuring department and company goals are met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Work with finance and production to plan and manage the annual e-commerce PDP photography budget. Track exclusive wholesale image needs and bill back individual P&L's for the internal owned and operated channels on a quarterly basis.
• Request sample product from vendors on a seasonal basis and from fulfillment center, as-needed.
• Prepare product samples and shot lists for e-commerce studio producer in advance of photo shoots.
• Work with the management team at our 3rd party vendor partner to streamline image editing and delivery processes to enable a faster speed-to-web launching timeline.
• Communicate information about project status, changes in strategy, initiatives and priorities.
• Participate in weekly calls with studio, distribution centers and e-commerce partners.
• Oversee asset coordinators.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:  5+ years of photo studio management experience.

        

Education:

• 4-year degree.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as high degree of flexibility to be able to manage many tasks.
• Strong sense of ownership and action-oriented: need to be self-starter and able to make sound decisions. Proactive and able to get things done. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Practical experience designing and documenting business processes and sub-processes.
• Strong time management & prioritization skills.
