Immigration Paralegal/Assistant
The candidate will conducting client intake, document collection, case preparation, evidence gathering, and case management for clients in removal proceedings or clients generally seeking family-based immigrant visas or adjustment of status, other immigration benefits, or citizenship. Completing immigration forms, translating and interpreting, a small amount of marketing, and proven research skills. An associate's degree or higher is a must. 6 months of prior immigration law experience (whether in a firm, government, or clinic) to work and interact with largely. Must be fluent in Spanish and English and be able to write well in both languages.
