Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for an _*Escrow Trainer/Auditor*_in the Escrow Department. The right candidate will assist Senior DHIFS Management in developing and maintaining an audit and training program for the title agents of DHI Title Insurance Company. Ensure title agents are following state and federal rules and regulations; minimize financial risk; reveal training needs; and ensure overall quality of performance.n*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.n * Ensure all title agents are audited per state specific guidelines in a timely mannern * Prepare audit reports and information for Escrow Quality Notebook (EQN) meetingsn * Conduct EQN meetings directing input from appropriate presentersn * Maintain company SharePoint site with compliance scores for all escrow officers and branchesn * Maintain company Financial Services Network (FSNet) site where DHI Title is assigned ownershipn * Maintain and assist IT with software changes to Cogent Production QCn * Assist in implementing audit guidelines as rules and regulations changen * Assist in the development and implementation of DHI Title Policies and Proceduresn * Provide escrow and escrow accounting training when needed with the agentn * Perform monthly audits of title files when neededn * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyn*Education and/or Experience*n * Bachelors degree from a four-year college or universityn * Two to four years related experience and/or trainingn * Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsn * Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiencesn * Ability to work well within a teamn * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsn * Proficiency with MS Office and emailn*Preferred Qualifications*n * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to balance competing deadlinesnCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
