The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. USPTO registration is required. A background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, but other technical backgrounds will be considered. A technical background for these positions is preferred. Should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
