Title: Business Technology Support Specialist Intern
About the role:
Zuora is looking for an energetic, organized, tech savvy technologist to join the internship program at ZEO Corp IT team.
You will be assisting with day to day IT operations as well as working on exciting projects, while bringing cutting edge solutions to the Zuora team.
As a Zuora Corp IT team member, you will gain a valuable understanding of how a market leading SaaS startup company manages its Information Technology resources on a global scale. Description:
Deploy computer equipment for Zuora’s global workforce.
Organize and inventory existing IT assets.
Help establish processes and procedures for receiving and allocating IT equipment.
Assisting with A/V set up in conference rooms.
Troubleshoot and resolve assigned Help Desk tickets via Service Cloud (Salesforce)
Perform basic PC, OSX troubleshooting and network troubleshooting.
Create and update documentation for IT procedures via Confluence.
Requirements:
Aptitude for and desire to learn new technologies.
Basic Knowledge of OSX and Windows 7, 10 operating systems.
Solid understanding of the fundamentals of computer networking.
Basic experience and knowledge of Google Sites a plus.
