Job Summary:
Responsible for all inspection activity in plant, including:
In-coming inspection.
Process inspection
Final inspection
Other purchased components and product's inspection
System operation for quality control.
Other work designed by quality manager
Know well about HSE rules and HSE procedures of plant, and obey them.
Should be trained and qualified before doing the job independently.
QC inspector who works on special operation should own special operation license, such as forklift driver.
Know well about hazards and environmental aspects with their control methods at this station.
Wear PPE as request.
Follow warehouse HSSE WI strictly.
Daily maintenance for the equipment and tools at this station.
Apply and control the chemicals as requirement and be familiar with MSDS requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Experience with manufacturing and machining industry preferred
Work hard and conscientious
Knowledge in the NDE inspection Methods
Good Computer skills and office pack
Familiar with inspection tool and use
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
