Job Requirements
Licensed/certified CNA/NAR/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
Reliable and punctual (must have lifestyle that assures being able to consistently go to shifts and not miss work)
Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
Good written and oral communication skillsPrevious experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
