Position Description
Information Technology (IT) Production Control Analyst Job
Yoh has a contract opportunity for an IT Production Control Analyst
to join our client in Charlotte NC.
Job Overview:
- Shift schedules rotate days of the week and work 7pm to 7am.
Job Responsibilities:
- IT Production Control Analyst that will work in a fast paced team oriented environment.
- IT Production Control Analyst has functional responsibility for mainframe and server batch monitoring and control.
- Will be working night rotational shift.
- Trouble shoots and escalates issues accordingly.
Job Qualifications:
- IT Production Control Analyst with three to six (3-6) years of experience
- IT Production Control Analyst with Strong knowledge of CA7, Zeke, or CA Workload Automation (Cybermation/ESP/dSeries) batch scheduling systems.
- Three to five (3-5) years experience work in a computer data center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze, resolve, and document problems and resolutions.
Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Mainframe operating systems. Experience with Remedy Incident and Change Management (AR System) Software would be helpful.
- Experience working in data center operations.
