Bayley is currently searching for State Tested Nurse's Aides (STNA) who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. For us, its not just a job, its a calling. We welcome current nursing students, new STNA graduates, as well as those currently enrolled in an STNA Training Course to apply.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Provide assistance with direct care and ADL needs for resident's per the care plan. Document care in the electronic medical record. Observe and monitor residents for their safety and well being, offer comfort and support, emotionally and physically. Effectively communicate changes in resident's status to charge nurse, document observations thoroughly. Assist with vital signs and weight monitoring of residents and complete documentation. Assist residents with meals and transportation to dining room. Perform other duties as requested.
Job Requirements
STNA license by The State of Ohio.
Have a sincere desire to work with the elderly. Able to maintain a positive and professional environment.
Exhibit respect, kindness, and empathy with all interactions with resident's, families, and other employees.
Prefer computer documentation experience.
Prefer BLS certification.
36 hours a week is full time, shifts are 6-6:30.
We also have flexible shifts available.
