Digital Marketing Specialist

: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video). Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling. Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
Skills
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred; Experience managing an organizational social media account, including oversight of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite); Understanding of the best practices for social media marketing, plain language, and digital accessibility; Expertise in graphic design/photography using Adobe products, Canva, and DSLR cameras; Competent with Microsoft Office programs and basic internet applications; Preferred candidate will have excellent writing skills in English and Spanish; Creative, collaborative, and flexible with an eye for detail.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
