The Manager, Care Management Resources, is responsible for the daily operations and coordination of services and activities of assigned staff including assigned professional social work staff (MSWs), case managers and clinical nurse leaders and department support staff who provide care coordination and social work support for all inpatient units.','!*!Required:


Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing or related Healthcare degree

Licensed Social Worker or RN in the State of Washington

3 years increasing responsibility experience in Care Coordination
Preferred:

Experience in managerial capacity preferred
