NEED
I have set a few things up and believe I have identified and loaded the proper plugins to accomplish all that is needed. Where I really need help is now essentially gluing everything together to ensure it all flows correctly. And to ensure the specific need mentioned above can be set up properly as it is part of the final contract fulfillment result.
1. I need to make sure it all is put together properly. This will probably need to be done after all of Item 2. The team should keep in mind that we will add many more products in the future so we will need the ability to duplicate the setup quickly or at least easily.
2. Regarding the specific need. Some of the products we sell are considered Membership products. This isn’t that important other than the name and in some cases the expectation and/or necessity to provide membership cards. I have loaded a plugin (Paid Memberships Pro) that should be all that is needed to properly set the products as Membership products. With that, there are quite a few AddOns that this plugin has. I would love it if your team were to look over some of the AddOns that I haven’t loaded yet and add them if they believe it has value. Additionally, I have loaded the AddOn for the creation of Membership Cards. Here’s where I am really stuck. I would like to customize the digital card to do a couple of things.
A. Each card will have fixed information for and by, each program such as the program logo, program phone number, program color scheme.
B. I would like it to print out on the front page of the documents (I have attached a sample to this email). Most importantly, I would like for those cards to have a QR code that contains the following information:
i. Member Name(s)
ii. Member #
iii. Membership Level
iv. Active Date
v. Expiration Date
vi. Program Logo
C. I would also like for the digital card to be uploadable to someone’s phone (very similar to a Costco/Sams Club Membership Card or like an uploaded airlines boarding pass), that way they can carry that membership information with them at all times without having to worry about the print out.
I am 99% all of this can be done with the Paid Memberships Pro plugin, I just don’t know how to do custom them programming or CSS (whatever that is) coding. Their website provides instructions on how to do it all but I don’t understand them.
3. Once it is all put together, I would like it cleaned up a little bit with proper colors and to ensure there aren’t extra images anywhere or anything like that. This isn’t the forward facing website so it doesn’t have to be perfect but I would like to ensure it looks professional and clean.
