The Opportunity:
JMAC Lending is looking for a Junior Client Support Representative and Account Manager Hybrid role. This talented unique individual is responsible for assisting and training our customers on use of the broker portal and the loan process. This position will act as coordinator between our customers, operations and supporting the account executives. Assist on building and maintaining strong relationships with our brokers to build sales growth. Must always have 100% customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between brokers & operations
Assists broker with the to import, register, upload, pre-lock & submit a loan
Add clients to daily rate sheet distribution
Assist brokers via online systems through Client Support, Live Chat, Phone or Email
Facilitate & lead webinar training to onboard new brokers and/or potential prospects
Communicate with and assist customers, overseeing and guiding their interaction within the broker portal system and loan process
Maintain confidentiality of employee & company information
Initial set up and continually maintain brokers in Sales Force & LQB (LOS System)
Support Broker department by setting up new client logins
Assist and backup account managers daily job tasks
Identify opportunities & issues, proactively acts and follows through on work activities to resolve or capitalize on them
Overtime may be required
Other duties as assigned
Special Instructions:
Do not contact or have any kind of communication with borrower(s) directly or indirectly
Do not quote rates to brokers (Refer brokers to JMAC Lending website for current rates or Account Executives)
Do not perform any duties beyond listed items above unless directed by management
Professional Experience, Education, and Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent
2 years experience mortgage, loan processing environment
Strong speaking and listening skills
Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
Display effective interpersonal skills sufficient to build positive, productive and effective professional working relationships
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Professional, upbeat & courteous phone skills
Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks & solve problems
Ability to perform tasks & complete projects with minimal supervision
