As a Senior Serviceability Engineer, you will be responsiblenfor:nnn Youn will be defining and providing input into Serviceability concepts forn Diagnosing, Repairing, Maintaining, Installing Molecular Imaging Productsn to continuously upgrade our remote service offerings.n Youn will be creating service content to be used by service engineers (written,n multimedia, AR, VR) for performing various service activities for ourn customers.n Youn will be acting in the role of business representative for our Remote Servicen platform.n Youn will be testing your colleagues and your own service content, tools, &n procedures. n Collaboratingn with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, Field Service.nThis position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below,nand would like to do develop your career with Healthineersnnn Youn are passionate and familiar with Customer Service & Service Delivery n Youn have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel andn Outlook)n Youn have a strong understating of complex system design, and development thrun requirements. n Youn have strong influencing and negotiation skills.n Youn are experienced and have knowledge on SPECT and SPECT/CT systems with ann emphasis on SPECT Detectors & Image Quality.nRequired skills tonhave for the success of this rolen You are customer centric and customer focused!n MS, or BS in Engineering.n Preferred to have experience in servicing Computed Tomography (CT)n and SPECT/CT systems.n You are collaborative, communicate well, and work in a teamn environment.n Minimum of 5-8 years in designing, or supporting Medical Imagingn DevicesnAt Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicatentheir energy and passion to a greater cause.
