AlerStallings of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager to create and manage strategic marketing plans. Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? This Marketing Manager position salary ranges from $70,000 - $90,000/yr depending on experience. We also offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, FSA plans, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off (PTO). We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MARKETING MANAGER
As our Marketing Manager, you will develop a strong marketing strategy and tactical plan that provides the greatest opportunity for awareness, leads and new sales. You have proven success managing an internal and external marketing team, cultivating agency relationships and providing tangible ROI to the business in the form of Client lead origination.
Budgets are a piece of cake for you as you will be responsible for managing the budget associated with each region as part of the annual marketing plan. You also come armed with Digital marketing experience and are excited about experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like, pay per click campaigns, website content for SEO, event management, radio, television, publicity, social media, and community partnership strategies.
In this role you partner with leaders across the business to discuss new strategies, opportunities, and to provide updates to senior leaders. You will be empowered to act as thought leader, with the ability to translate emerging opportunities into clear tactical plans
Though you get to use your leadership and project management skills on a regular basis in this marketing manager position, you love the variety inherent in your job and are always engaged. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING MANAGER
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Managing cohesive and high producing teams
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proven experience in implementing messaging for target audiences and in leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate to action
