Duties: Provides support to the Assistant General Counsel in the preparation and execution of all contracts, and assists in litigation, dispute resolution, and research. Assist in protecting the organization’s legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law and provides hands-on counsel to all levels of the organization. Provide effective risk management techniques and other proactive and strategic advice to the business on all legal issues.
