Incare Home Health Care is is actively seeking Home Health Aides to work various shifts in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx & Manhattan.
If you are a CERTIFIED HHA OR PCA
and are compassionate, caring and are looking for work Incare Home Health Care is looking for you.
DUTIES:
• Observing and monitoring the client
• Providing the client with housekeeping and laundry services.
• Helping Residents care for their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, etc.
• Assist with the clients care and activities as needed.
• Documenting any changes in the clients health, weight, eating habits, etc.
• Reporting any health issues to the Coordinator
• Maintain confidentiality of the client
• Escort client when necessary, Dr. appointment's, grocery store, park etc.
Job Requirements
Please make sure to have the RESULTS for YOUR PHYSICAL
PPD, Quantiferon, Rubeola, Rubella and a Drug Screen of 6 panels or more.
you will need to bring all the above mentioned documents to your appointment.
Please bring your HHA CERTIFICATE or PCA CERTIFICATE SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, YOUR VALID STATE ID, OR PASSPORT & 2 LETTERS OF REFERENCE.
