Real Estate Attorney Part Time
The candidate to meet with Company’s home purchase clients, deliver a professional and fun experience to those clients, and address any lingering concerns they may have. Will be the key quality control manager for Company’s clients. In addition to preparing home purchase transactions for closing and advising the Realty business, provides legal support and quality assurance to Company’s title agency, loan production and closing staff, and realty team. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures for Company’s in-house closing programs. Improve and streamline Company’s existing processes, forms, and systems so that the Closing Department operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Should have law License and JD from an accredited law school.
