Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Tax and Estate Planning Legal Associate (3-5 years) to join its Nashville office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated tax and estate planning matters.

About the Role

The Associate will advise clients on estate planning, tax compliance, and wealth transfer strategies. This role offers hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and mentorship from experienced tax practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning


• Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents


• Assist with tax compliance and reporting matters


• Work with clients on charitable giving and business succession planning

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in tax and estate planning law


• LL.M. in Taxation preferred


• Strong drafting and analytical skills


• Licensed to practice in Tennessee
