Job Overview:
Position: WINTEL – Senior-Level Engineer
Our client is seeking resumes for a Senior Windows Server Architect with solid virtualization skills to design and support secure, supportable architectures for both internally developed and COTS applications for internal and external access. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years architecture experience in a large corporate environment and be able to derive best configurations and implementations to meet business needs.
The successful candidate will become a member of the Enterprise Wintel Services team within the Information Technology Department. The candidate will be a member of the project architecture team with responsibilities with new project efforts. Candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 and Citrix products. In addition the candidate must be well rounded, possess maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping of issues quickly and making educated, critical judgments / decisions in the absence of complete information. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment with on-call duties as required and must possess the ability to work with a diverse, high-performance team.
Job Qualifications:
Education: 4-yr College degree (in Computer Science, MIS, or related field) is desired
