Experience:
Minimum of 8
years of QA technical experience
Minimum 5 years of web testing experience
3 years of QA automation experience w/ QTP (experience must be current within the last 18 months and must include coding for automation, without reliance on record and playback scripting )
Ability to create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases.
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
Experience using HP Quality Center or ALM Test Management Tools
Strong comprehension of an SDLC process
Strong grasp of current web technologies
Experience in agile/iterative environments
Experience using automated testing tools and emulators for app testing
A current QA certification from an accredited organization (QAI, IIST, ASTQB, ISTQB) is strongly preferred, but not required
Experience using HP QTP v11
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools, techniques and methodologies
Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation for projects of simple to high complexity
Skilled at analysis and troubleshooting on web-based software
