The candidate will provide support for a team of 13 patent prosecution specialists; which will include generating reporting letters, preparing and sending letters of patents, auditing files, filing assignments, declarations, and powers of attorney, and assisting with transfer-ins of new clients, due diligence projects, and miscellaneous projects as requested. Should have 3 years of experience as a Patent Assistant.Should have experience with e-filing and utilizing the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Application Information Retrieval system. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills in a team environment are a must, along with strong computer skills and superior attention to detail.
