Contract to Hire Opportunity (direct hire would also be considered)
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), east metro of the Twin Cities (yes you need to be in the area) and will convert to full time in 3 months (or so).
NOT a senior level role, more like associate to mid, but with one of our clients with over 100 years as a multi-brand organization. Very nice folks if you like that sort of thing.
The Endpoint Engineer (Technical Analyst 2) provides systems engineering support to develop, maintain, support, and optimize the organization's technology infrastructure including outsourced services. The role also provides production support to resolve system issues while ensuring that solutions meet capacity requirements. This position will focus on end user and end point management, including OS deployment, patch management and mobile device management.

This position works with the IT Teams to ensure that critical infrastructure is maintained, supported, and optimized to ensure that the business can function effectively.
The ability to access the data in all systems, specifically the new ERP system will be impacted. Users may be delayed in having their requests completed and receiving their devices.
Systems may not be patched in a timely manner. There would be an elevated risk of Cyber Security issues.

Preferred Experience:
Combination of education and work experience typically equivalent to a Bachelors degree (or Technical School diploma) plus 3 to 5 years of experience in specified technical area
3 5 years experience in infrastructure or related technical area
Experience with SCCM and InTune
Experience scripting with Powershell
Experience in at least one technology field (server, network, data communications, telecommunications, client technology), and/or outsourced (XaaS) services
Effective project management skills
Able to perform systems administration within a large-scale hybrid (on-prem and cloud based) multi server, multi-location, Microsoft client/server network running Windows and supporting a thousand Client Technology devices
