The candidate will be handling all necessary aspects of bank closings. Intaking files and completing data entry. Preparing loan documents and reviewing title reports. Contacting clients, attorneys, lenders/mortgage brokers and title companies. Supporting team members with clerical tasks. Must have work well in a team environment, and also have the capacity to work independently. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
