Legal Analyst
Duties: Support to the Corporate Governance Group on both domestic and international matters in the form of (i) subsidiary management, including annual reports, maintaining corporate and subsidiary records and creation of organizational charts through an online solution, (ii) responding to various internal requests for corporate information, including regulatory exam documentation, internal audit requests, treasury requests, (iii) supporting M&A efforts such as due diligence, NDAs, and project management from time-to-time, (iv) supporting various securities and treasury matters as needed, including banking agreements and NDAs and with respect to quarterly and annual reports, the annual proxy statement, Section 16 compliance, and public debt offerings and (v) reviewing and revising other standard legal documents.
