Dignity Plus Home Care is seeking 1 to 2 qualified, caring, dedicated CNA's to lead our team of caregivers.
We service the CT. Shoreline towns from Old Lyme to Branford.
If you have a flexible schedule and enjoy helping people with tasks that they can no longer do for themselves, we want to speak with you.
Our CNA leads benefit from a flexible schedule, with some office time assisting with scheduling, to meet & greets with new clients.
You will develop care plans, establish connections with new clients, oversee our caregivers and benefit from bonuses for covering last-minute shift changes and being on call every other weekend.
Job Requirements
2 to 5 years CNA experience with a current certificate
Must be able to drive clients in their cars
Previous supervisory experience is required
Flexible schedule to cover last-minute shift changes
Willing to work with a care manager to develop care plans
Attend our weekly Team Care Conference
Travel to client homes for Environmental Rounds to monitor the safety, cleanliness and level of care of both client & caregiver
Cover on-call line for emergency and immediate needs every other weekend
