Senior Associate Director for Student Affairs
The candidate will be responsible for the following: diversity programs, retention initiatives, academic advising for J.D. students, student organization training and development, training and supervising exam proctors, and managing aspects of final exam administration. Will develop and implement programs for students traditionally underrepresented in law school; collaborate with school leaders to implement diversity goals; manage student organizations including training and leadership development; develop retention and wellness programs for students; provide general academic and personal advising to J.D. students; manage all aspects of exam administration; and perform duties of Assistant Dean for Student Affairs (ADSA) in ADSA's absence.
