I need a webapp to handle music performance juries. It basically needs to contain a student side, a Faculty side and an administration side.
The student side with one form that collects the students information (instrument, course number, teacher, etc), repertoire worked on during the semester, the repertoire being performed, a way to share a youtube link. AND for future semesters, that arent online, a way to sign up for a performance time.
The Faculty side has two different evaluation forms (with a place to sign and tabulate grades) and a way to watch the youtube videos without switching to a different tab or wind while filling out the form.
The administration side needs to be able to access all the tables, compile pdfs of the evaluation forms, etc.
Bonus stuff: Students will be able to access all their completed evaluation forms from each semester (doesnt need to be via pdf). . . and, if possible scaleable and marketable to different universities who need something similar.
