Position Summary:
Home Health Aide (HHA) provides care, home management and other related home health supportive services in order to help patients to continue living at home when there are disruptions due to illness, disability, social disadvantage, or other problems. The HHA works under the supervision of a licensed nurse and provides care in accordance with the Home Health Aide Scope of Tasks matrix of permissible and non-permissible activities (New York State Department of Health, March 2009).
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a New York State Department of Health (DOH) or New York State Education Department (SED) approved HHA Training program as demonstrated by a valid HHA Certificate
Assists as instructed with home exercise program including passive range of motion, turning and
positioning.

Rate $19.09/hr
Holidays $30.00/hr
Overtime $22.5
Unlimited monthly metro card
Spread of hours pay.
Travel Time paid (Between cases if you are assigned to two different clients)
