Accordingly, applicants are asked not to disclose this salary history information to PVH****Senior Manager of Inventory Management provides leadership and strategic direction for inventory flow, allocation to NA Channels, and sizing in order to optimize inventory while maximizing sales, margin and EBIT. He/ she will work closely with the Channel Planning, Merchandising, and Allocations teams. He/she will support management with analysis and coordination for key strategies and initiatives. Provide assessments and recommendations of inventory allocation strategies in partnership with Channel Planning and Merchandising teams to meet planned merchandising and financial objectives. Participate in monthly OTB and make recommendations for inventory flow strategies to support sales and margin forecasts. Lead monthly channel planning meeting in order to ensure focus on key strategies and optimization of available inventory. Collaborate with Channel, Planning and Operations on product launches, individual channel strategies and capacity management. Develop and maintain monthly flow forecast in order to provide visibility to Operations, DC, and management. Manage the approval of Transfers and RTV’s. Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and finance to ensure the most profitable execution. Manage inventory levels in all channels in order to minimize liability merchandise as well as work through any liability the most profitable way possible. Leads the development of seasonal inventory allocation strategies in partnership with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations teams. Provide guidance and support from a channel inventory level and receipt flow perspective for all speed model programs. Support the development of annual budget through development of flow forecast by month. Identify risk, opportunities, and recommend optimal receipt flows from both the channel and DC perspectives. Provide assessments and recommendations in respect to channel strategies for packing pre-packs, size balancing and inventory balancing.
