Responsibilities: Review and administer trusts in accordance with the document and governing statutes. Prepare new account openings and closings by reviewing the trust instrument and all necessary documents. Process and coordinate fiduciary actions including discretionary distributions, document interpretation, tax preparation and compliance, and account maintenance. Educate and build relationships with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., their clients and estate planning professionals. Assist in the coordination of the client's overall investment, financial, estate, and income tax planning to support the wealth advisor in achieving specific trust wealth transfer and philanthropic objectives for their clients. Remain current on relevant tax law changes and communicate those changes to various user groups within the firm; develop technical content to keep wealth advisors and clients up to date. Communicate effectively with clients and their wealth advisors on all trust and asset management objectives. Participate alongside business development officers to assist with client prospecting efforts.
