The analyses are commonly performed using standard statistical software, such as STATA or SAS. Analysis often requires the Analyst to develop modeling.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for working with Analysts, client personnel, and Littler attorneys to analyze and determine how to combine databases from a variety of sources and extract the relevant detail and understand the data and fill in missing information. Understanding processes related to cleaning, coding, and hashing data are an important component of the work.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for understanding and recommending the application of machine learning or related AI techniques (using any software/programming languages like R, Python, etc.) to assigned projects or data sets as may be appropriate or advisable to improve process or outcome. This may include things such as pattern mining in wage and hour records; predicting likely outcomes of claims and charges; etc.). Training and background in artificial intelligence is preferred.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eThis role will be fluent in more than one statistical platform. Currently, the firm utilizes Stata, but this role will also learn one other statistical platform, preferably R.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for overseeing and QCing the application of advanced statistical training to perform statistical analysis of large complex databases for review by supervising attorneys.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for summarizing statistical findings in both technical and non-technical terms. Responsible for preparing template summary reports that are more user-friendly and have dynamic functionality for modeling alternative scenarios for project teams going into mediation or trial.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for discussing with attorneys the significance of statistical findings.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for preparing exhibits that display statistical findings.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for assessing completeness of statistical databases and using discretion and judgment to develop recommendations to attorneys regarding additional data necessary for analysis.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for complying with all security protocols of Littler and its clients.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOccasionally requires more than 40 hours per week;
