Contracts Analyst
The candidate creates and edits contractual agreements. In the course of providing proactive, pragmatic support to the business, identifies risk and mitigation strategies, and works as a business partner with all levels of the business to provide responsive, clear, actionable advice. Support Technology organization, and Product service offerings. Research complex contractual and legal questions and issues; clearly communicate findings and identify risks associated with mitigation options. Interface with all levels of executive leadership and management as well as customers regarding expenditure contracts in a fast paced, demanding environment. Must be able to successfully multi-task, be proactive, and be very detailed oriented. Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal, or equivalent degree and related experience required. MBA or JD degree strongly preferred. Must have 2+ years of contract analyst experience.
