Minimum Job Qualifications
KAH has an opening for a full time Pharmacist. This position is scheduled on the day shift with alternating 3rd weekends. Responsibilities include inpatient dispensing, pharmacokinetic dosing, drug monitoring and other clinical duties. Experience in hospital pharmacy helpful, but will consider new grads also. The position requires an Iowa license, a demonstrated ability to work with others, excellent communication skills and a commitment to provide patient and family focused care. Experience with CPSI; Omnicell or other automated drug dispensing system and electronic health records preferred but not required.
