We are seeking a motivated, self-directed individual to take Stingray product line to the next level. We are seeking a talented and aggressive Group product management professional with a track record of recognized success defining cloud infrastructure and/or network virtualization products for the cloud and next generation data center market place. The selected candidate will apply marketing skills, technical knowledge, and influence from the C-Level down to ensure Riverbeds success in delivering Application Delivery Controller (ADC) solutions for our largest customers complex environments.

Job Requirements:
Identify new markets to enter and set the vision for the product
Define and drive the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products
Define and manage the roadmap for software defined application delivery services
Influence the engineering team and executive management, drive product priorities and lead cross-functional product teams
Write product requirements documents (PRDs), working closely with sales and customers to validate the product definition
Work with customers and sales to drive successful introduction of our product(s) to the market
Develop collateral to communicate product value proposition to customers/analysts
Education and Work Experience:
8 years engineering and/or product management experience, with demonstrated success in product definition activities for successful virtualization, network security, or an ADC product company.
Experience working with various cloud architectures and network virtualization technologies including, VMWare NSX, openStack , cloudstack etc.
Experience working with various networking, application and security technologies including, for example, IP routing, TCP proxies, network protocol analysis, authentication/authorization, PKI, SSL, VPN, IDS.
High degree of flexibility and willingness to do whatever is required to help ensure our success
Ability to think on your feet, and quickly make well-reasoned decisions even with a lack of data
Ability to effectively interact with, and establish immediate credibility with, the sales force, customers, CTO and the engineering team
Enthusiasm for the startup environment; Excellent written & verbal communication skills
BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent. (MBA or MS is highly desirable)
